Sara Hill, MBA
Sara Hill serves as chief human resources officer at Covista. With more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, Hill builds a purpose-driven culture that empowers Covista’s 10,000 faculty and colleagues every day to have a tangible impact on healthcare education and workforce development.
Her strategic approach to collaboration and innovation reinforces company culture and supports colleagues in building meaningful careers. Hill's expertise centers on aligning talent, leadership, and compensation strategies to drive organizational growth and deliver on strategic goals—creating frameworks that enable professional development and career advancement across the organization.
Before joining Covista in 2024, Hill served as chief human resources officer at Intricon Corp and Dayforce, as well as senior HR leader for divisions of US Bancorp and Fidelity Investments. Hill oversaw people engagement and talent strategy for these organizations, leading cross-functional initiatives and building unified frameworks and capabilities that drove transformational change.
Hill began her career in HR and talent as a consultant with Hay Group/Korn Ferry.
Hill has served as a board member and governance committee chair for the Minnesota Children's Museum, and a board member and HR committee chair for Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center. She was awarded Most Notable in Recruitment and Talent in 2023 by Twin Cities Business.
Hill earned her bachelor’s degree in communications at the University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in human resources and marketing from Vanderbilt University.
