Megan Noel
Megan Noel is the chief corporate affairs officer at Covista. She is responsible for shaping and sharing the story of how Covista brings to life its purpose: to open doors and unlock potential. Noel oversees enterprise brand and communications, investor relations, government relations & public affairs, thought leadership, impact & sustainability and alumni engagement. Her work ensures Covista’s stakeholder strategy fuels its growth while engaging its nearly 10,000 employees, 100,000 students and more than 400,000 alumni.
With more than two decades of experience, Noel has helped global organizations navigate complex stakeholder demands and transform the corporate affairs function into a strategic driver of business outcomes. She brings deep in-house and agency experience with a proven track record in reshaping functions and counseling global companies through transformations.
Noel joined Covista in 2025 from Golin, where she served as the global president of corporate affairs and a member of the agency’s global leadership team. Previously, she led communications and corporate affairs for PwC US and Mexico, where she oversaw all aspects of the firm’s media relations, executive positioning, crisis, issues & public affairs, internal communications and change management. She also launched the firm’s first AI positioning and advised on brand, communications, public affairs, and reputational risk strategies across the PwC Network. Prior to PwC, she spent nearly nine years at Edelman working with a range of clients on corporate affairs, social purpose and crisis communications strategies.
Noel serves as Board Chair of the Covista Foundation and is a board member of the Chicago Children's Museum. Noel's industry recognition includes the PRWeek Women of Distinction honor, induction into the Ragan Communications Hall of Fame, being named a "Top Woman in PR" by PR News and inclusion on PRWeek's "40 Under 40" list. Noel is a member of the Arthur Page Society and earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
