Covista's Unlimited Domestic Long Distance Plan is subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) This plan is based upon long distance usage that is consistent with typical residential service.

(b) If usage under this plan is not consistent with typical residential Customer usage, at Covista's sole discretion, Covista may offer the Customer an alternative plan or suspend, restrict, or cancel the Customer's service with out prior notice. Calls that are not consistent with typical residential Customer voice usage include but not limited to: use for general business purposes, commercial facsimile, auto-dialing, resale, call centers, dial up internet access, and telemarketing.

(c) Covista reserves the right to exclude certain terminating numbers form this plan. Calls to these numbers will be billed at applicable Message Toll Service rates.
